What is the Sea to Sky Legacy Fund?
In collaboration with Sea to Sky Gondola, BC Parks Foundation has created a fund to ensure the environment in this beautiful part of the world continues to survive and thrive as more and more people move and visit the area. The fund will promote the safe and responsible enjoyment of the region’s parks and recreational sites trails.
The Sea to Sky Legacy Fund will support projects in four activity areas: stewardship, accessibility, experiences and safety. Specific projects will be chosen annually. Examples include things like engaging visitors about responsible use and safety at trailheads and in parks, building and maintaining trails, wildlife education and research, and search and rescue operations.
